        I like the natural color - Turmeric. Super light - I just can't handle heavy drinks like Gatorade anymore. I'll do 3 scoops for a 24 oz for lots of flavor - 2 for just a general flavored beverage instead of something heavy like Gatorade. I rarely have issues with anything on my stomach, so not much help there. I just still wish they made the tropical punch when it was called Powerade Endurance - it was really great. But for the value, this is a great, light consistant product.

          Ironman Arizona is going to use this product- A must try if you are training for an ironman to see if it agrees with you. The taste is similar to Gatorade,but at a slightly higher cost!
