    Comments about PocketFuel Nut-Butter 6 pk Nutrition:

    Good for long 2+ hour runs when I need food, vs. syrup/sugars. Definitely need fluids taking this but the protein in peanut butter helps with calories and recovery. The top screws off - I typically take a bite/swallow and recap.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
