    I ordered this top for Yoga and I love it for yoga and for wearing on an any day basis. It is soft, comfortable and best of all does not look like you are wearing your workout clothes. I have done some low impact exercises in it, but probably will not use it for running as it does not give that much support.
    I love it so much I have ordered another.
