I've suffered with chondromalacia (runner's knee) pain for 15 years. This brace is the only thing that has kept me running. I'm going on my 4th or 5th pair now. Thanks so much RRS for carrying this great support.
P.S. I'm 5'4" tall -- this brace fits me great.

Too small. Looks like a good brace but it does not fit my knee. One size fits all is not the case. The tabs barely make it around and I have the Velcro sticking my skin.
Actually the manufacturer does make a larger size. Shame on you RRS for not giving your customers all the fit options, especially for an injury product like this.

I hurt my knee skiing a couple of years ago and was reluctant to get on the slopes. Last year I tried the X-Factor knee brace and found it gave great support and, even with the constant knee bending envolved in skiing, was very comfortable.

At first I didn't think it would fit my knee...and the instructions aren't the greatest. But after I figured it out, it fit my very large knee. It feels great running because the support is so good and you still have freedom of motioin

Only buy this if you have small knees. I'm 5'11" and 185lb, and I can't get it around my knee.

I have no ACL or cartilage in my right knee. With bone to bone contact, I can no longer run, but with the X-Factor brace I can walk extensively, coach my sons baseball and soccer teams, and have avoided getting a new knee for 4 years now.

Tore the meniscus in my left knee. Doctor said to keep running until it was shot and then surgery. Running with brace eliminated pain and allowed me to strengthen leg. Combined with anti-inflamatories, ice , and heat, I still have not had surgery 4 years later. Provides good flexibility and full motion while providing good support. It is hot in the summer though.
