Wow! I cannot believe how much relief I got on the first night. Hopefully I'll be done with it inside of a week. Absolutely no morning pain.

Somewhat bulky and take some getting use to on 1st night. But immediately felt the alleviating effect of planta facilitist after one night. Highly recommended

The splint works, and yes, it is uncomfortable. My problem is the velcro keeps coming undone in the middle of the night.

This would probably work if it wasn't so uncomfortable. I find myself ripping it off in the middle of the night so I can get some sleep. My heal also keeps slipping. I think the sock may work better and it's cheaper.

In my physical therapy practice, I have seen better products than this, but I guess it works. I prefer other brands of splints.
