This little icy gizmo combines the cold pack with velcro to secure it to my ankle or other hard to reach places. It is fast to put on, and fast to throw in the freezer. It is handy coldness!

I am a runner and have IT band issues. I ice my knee after every run and found it a hassle to come home and "sit" as I iced my knee. I read the reviews on this and decided to give it a try. I love that I can walk around as the ice is doing its thing. The only drawback, not a big deal, is the fact that it is bulky for me. My husband uses one, as well, ands fits perfectly. A woman's version would be great, but other than that, I can't say a bad thing about it. I am planning on buying another for my right knee!

use I have had healing relief to my minor injuries and muscle soreness within 24 hours.

I had knee surgery in Decenber '09 and had to put off running for a while. While I could take a break from running, I couldn't from work. I am on my feet for 6-7 hours at my job. The one thing that would really help was icing my knee down. These knee wraps are the best. You can put them on and they stay in place. Don't need to keep adjusting them. I would even fall asleep with them on. I bought two I loved them so much!

This ice pack is effective and comfortable especially for the reluctant ice user. The material and size is soothing and pleasurable.
I am so impressed that I believe two or more are worth owning. It is money well spent, even though initially I thought it was a bit pricey.
I do believe selling extra ice packs would be beneficial.

Awesome product! I need to ice after every run and had been using separate gel packs with a cover over them and then wrapped with an Ace bandage...pain in the rear! This is an easy one step piece...wrap it around and velcro's to itself..what could be easier? Pop it back in the freezer when done!
