    I bought these because I was getting a huge blister on my arch on runs longer than 6 miles in a pair of new running shoes. I liked everything about the shoes except the darn blister. Tried changing socks, bandaids, other cushioning. Finally bought these and they seem to work well. I used them for a 21 mile run the other day and no blister. They are quite comfortable. The top part of the blister band didn't stay stuck by the end of the run, but the bottom and sides did enough to keep it in place.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I purchased this product about a week ago and I would like to give it a 0 on the scale 1-10. What a rip off.

    First of all, the Liquicell did not stick at all to the clean and dry ball of my foot and it provided absolutely no protection from friction. After I took my sock off, the Liquicell was on the opposite side of my foot and of course provided no protection.

    There was hardly any ?liquid? inside it and I felt very cheated when I got home and tried it on. I spent about $10 on nothing but a piece of rubber.

    I will never buy this product again, I would be better off with a bandage at $3
