After purchasing this foam roller, I immediately began to use it to roll out my IT Band, quads, hammies and upper back for post-runs and post-weight training. There are many foam roller products out there similar to this one but this one is smaller wich fits any where. It fits in gym bags (you won't have to carry the longer one around the gym) and travel bag. Great purchase. Every serious runner and/athlete should have one!

A great product! Has kept me running, especially during high mileage weeks. Just like getting a deep tissue massage. Helps to speed recovery time. Bought a travel size too - won't leave home without it.

Crohinc ITB problems. I have been using the large version of this with success. I needed one that I could lug around on all my trips. This has held up even with travel abuse. Perfect size to throw in my bag and go.

Lately my old injury was coming back, and my doc asked me "hey, are you doing the roller streach I told you to do?" Sure enough I forgot. I was really happy to find this roller form at RRC website, and to my surprise, this one is travel size! I've already taken on a flight, no problem with TSA, I roll around at hotel& friends house before & aft race or training run. I love it. It also comes with 3 page instruction with photo, which I discover that I can use on other body (thanks doc, for not tellin me) This form is also safe to leave around home with my little baby. Highly recommend it.

As a runner and frequent experiencer of back pain, I decided to try a foam roller just to see if it would help. I am happy to report that it eases my back after just 5 - 10 minutes of use, whenever I need it. I am usung the roller on my legs and rear as well and I think it works well as a self applied deep tissue massage. You can vary the pressure, location and length of use to suit your needs.

Bought the foam roller for my IT band injury and since I have been using it I have had zero problems with my IT band. Awesome therapy and easy to use. I also use it on other parts of my legs now to prevent injury.

I was having a problem with tight calves. I would cramp during my runs and have to slow way down just to finish. I tried self massage and it worked somewhat. Then I heard about this product and began using it before and after runs. Calves are loose now and feel great.
