      I love my foam roller! I use it after my long runs to work out any tightness. It can hurt a little, but once you work it out it feels great. There are some great tutorial videos on youtube that have really helped me.

        I've heard alot about foam rollers and thought it might help with my IT band problems. The enclosed instructions are OK but there are some good how-to videos on youtube to get you started. If you do it right, it's a little painful but in a good way!
