I had torn miniscas surgery and decided I needed something to keep my knee stable and this is it. My knee is sore the first few hundred yards and then no pain and I can run very stable with this.

I developed runner's knee and checked the reviews online. Ordered ProTec Athletic Gel Force and have not been disappointed. I used the chart to order my size based on the measurement and it fits perfect. I have run several times and have not had any knee pain. The brace provides great support. I wish it was a little more breathable, it is hot and its only spring. I work 5am to 1:30 so I run after work at about 2:30 and in summer I'm worried the brace will be too warm. But hopefully my knee will hear by then and I won't need it! :-)

I special-ordered this knee brace - because the size medium in the store was too small. I ordered a large, as suggested by the sales clerk and it'a still too tight to use comfortably! I wish there was a sizing measurement option available to customers.

Have had runners knee for 2-3 months. Tried other knee sleeves with open patella. Tried taping and many other things. Read reviews on amazon and road runner so I gave it a go. Got this in the mail today, slapped on my Kaynos and just ran 3 miles!!! Just last week couldn't make it to the corner, 1/10th of a mile.... Could have gone longer without issue. I would highly recommend from initial use but I will up date down the road.

I purchased this gel sleeve after injuring, then having meniscus knee surgery. I found the compression with the gel knee stabilizer just what i needed as i continued with my physical therapy and recovery. The gel is soft enough not to apply too much pressure but firm enough to hold the knee in place. As for the sleeve, the breathable material is very nice, none of that sweaty neoprene. It holds firmly in place and offers great compression without over doing it. I also purchased a second one and cut out the gel ball, just to make it a compression sleeve and it works great, whether I'm lifting weights or running. I am an active with my fitness, strength training, cardio, high intensity workouts, and this baby holds up to my grueling workouts. I shopped around and this site was the best price. I would recommend this sleeve. You will not be disappointed.
