          I had started running again after a 4 kid and 5 year break. I wound up at 6 miles per day and 40/week after about 3 months of training, and then developed plantar fasciitis. I put up with it for about 3 months and it didn't go away.

          I ordered a pair of these and the next morning I had no pain, and there was no longer pain for the first half mile of my run. It also fixed the popping scensation in my achilles tendon.

          If you are having issues with feet/heel/achilles pain - consider trying these.
