            Has a really well constructed upper. It's a bit heavy, but that's expected since it's a trainer. Has an Ortholite inner and is truly seamless on the insde. There isn't anything on the inside that may cause any irritation. The toebox was a little snug at first, but seems to stretch out after a few long runs. The shoe also has a lot of good reflectability and looks great. My only complaint is the Sydex heal pad on the outside of the sole. The rest of the sole has held up pretty well, but I've worn this part of the shoe completely out in 250 miles. I wish they would remove that part of the shoe because everything else about it is great. I can't say enough about how much I like the upper.

              I have been running in nike equalon for a while now and decided to switch to a new shoe and this shoe is perefct. Snug fit and perfectly stable. Reduced leg and knee pain dramatically and great energy feedback.Feet felt great after run also. Will continue to purchase this shoe from now on.

                The worst running shoe I have ever owned. These wore out after only 116 miles and provided far too much support. The sock liner never felt snug and the toe box was extremely narrow.

                STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHOES.

                The only saving grace was RRS's amazing customer service and no hassle returns.

                    So, I just took the isoShift out of the box, and I am really excited about the shoe. I have been running in the isoFloat 3 for years, and it just never gave enough stability, despite being otherwise a great shoe. The isoShift feels very stable, with great arch support and a slightly firmer feel than the isoFloat. It does feel a little snug in the forefoot, but lets break it in and see what happens.
