Comments about Mens Pearl Izumi Alpine Elite Cold Weather Jacket:

I have been wearing this jacket casual wear and out on some runs. Specifically ran with it on during the cold, windy, day we had. The jacket kept me warm and fairly dry. I was a little damp by the end of the workout but we where out there for an hour in the pouring rain. Regardless I enjoy this jacket and all the dryness and warmth that has come with it.

Comments about Mens Pearl Izumi Alpine Elite Cold Weather Jacket:

I purchased this jacket about a week before Christmas. I live on the East Coast, and an enormous blizzard hit us around that time. As soon as the trails were clear, I tested the jacket out. It does a great job of keeping me warm. Just yesterday, I was able to test it for the first time when it was cold, rainy, and windy. The jacket was superb. I was completely dry for 90% of the run, and the only reason I got wet at all was because the water seeped through my OTHER clothes. My iPod and cell phone were in outside pockets of the jacket. After an hour of being in the pouring rain, they were both still 100% dry. I really can't recommend this jacket enough. On a side note, it also LOOKS very good!

Comments about Mens Pearl Izumi Alpine Elite Cold Weather Jacket:

I was a little hesitant considering the price but the jacket proved it?s worth when I was 10 miles in on a cold early morning (20 F w/ 15 mph winds) training run and was still warm and comfortable.

    Jacket seems warm enough ...

Comments about Mens Pearl Izumi Alpine Elite Cold Weather Jacket:

Jacket seems warm enough but the fit is off. Arm-holes lined up weird with my body. Maybe I'm just oddly shaped but I haven't had this problem with other jackets.

Comments about Mens Pearl Izumi Alpine Elite Cold Weather Jacket:

I love this jacket. Lightweight but warm and very form fitting. You'll appreciate the cuffs that seal up nicely and the chest pocket for an mp3 player. Reflective material works very well and it's long enough that it doesn't crawl up your back (oddly I've had the problem with other jackets).
