    Comments about Mens Pearl Izumi Kissaki 2.0 Running Shoe:

    I've run in Pearl's in the past and always liked them. After being disenchanted with subsequent name brands, I decided to return to the Pearl Izumi fold.

    The Kissaki 2.0 (gray, lime, & orange/red) seems to wrap my foot with the much sought after "perfect fit." BTW, I took RRS suggestion to size-up from my normal 11 to an 11.5. I also have an average arch and no pronation/supination problems.

    I'm currently training on both road & track -- for a mid-summer race -- but also intend to log mileage on area packed-dirt trails once the weather improves. With that in mind, I find this shoe completely meets my needs. It's comfortable, nicely cushioned, and breathable. The Kissaki 2.0 also gives me the balanced flexibility that I was seeking. I don't have a wide foot, so the toe box delivers all the room that I need (no black toenails yet...). I did swap out the thin insole for a third-party insole which only enhances the Kissaki 2.0's ride. All-in-all, I really like this shoe (can you tell? :)
