Secure maximum stability from the midfoot Duracage™ technology, while enjoying a soft and highly responsive feel from the Sublite 48c Foam cushioning. Build up the heat in your workout while keeping your feet cool, comfortable and friction-free thanks to the ETC linings that reduce excessive heat and help you avoid foot irritation. 9.9 ounces

    Good shoe for cross fit workouts with a lot of running or jumping, not stable enough for heavy lifting and not a long distance running shoe, but a good, comfortable and lightweight trainer.

      Tried the nano speeds because they looked better than the regular nanos. Switched from Inov-8 F lite 195's. the nano speed was super comfortable and cushioned, but almost to a fault in my opinion. They have a thick foam insole which isn't great for stability in Crossfit type movements. Also, the heel began to come apart after one workout. I returned them and went back to the F lites.

        I bought these specifically for running during CrossFit WODs. I also own the Nano 2.0 which are great for everything except running. The Nano speeds are a cross between the Nano 2.0 and Innov-8 F-Lite 195.

        More comfortable than either, but the Nano Speeds are a little long and narrower than the 2.0.
