Cons Best Uses I do not do Crossfit I do Boot Camp however they're fairly close in what they do so I thought I'd try this shoe out. I was a bit skeptical because I know CF people need a bit more of a flat shoe with all the heavy lifting they do. I was needing cushion and support. I feel I got the support with these shoes. Cushion could be a bit more to my liking but overall they are very comfortable.
Pros Cons Best Uses I run to and from crossfit, it's only 1.25 miles, and these do fine for running that short distance. They provide great stability for jumping and squatting -- much better than running shoes (which I had been wearing.) Very comfortable and they have wide toe boxes which is great because I have wide feet. I wear a 8.5 in addidas Gel Nimbus running shoes and I bought the 8 in these and they fit great.
I've been doing Crossfit for almost 2 years and this shoe give me the stability I need. It's great for lifting, climbing rope and running. I will be a faithful nano wearer for life! Pros

I love these! I was wearing Innov8's before, but found the toe box to be a little too narrow. The Nano has a wider toe box (but not too wide) and is very comfortable. I use these for CrossFit, weightlifting, cross training, short runs, and walking. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I was wary, as I've tried several different brands and types of shoes, but these are amazing. I used to get a lot of foot cramping, but these shoes has minimized that. My feet don't get sore after a long workout either. I like that they support my heel as well, so my foot isn't rolling all over the place. They also look really cute on and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them.
Pros Cons Best Uses I didn't want to get on the hype but after trying a couple of other brands of shoes, I finally decided to try one. Wearing this makes workout easier. My arch stop hurting during WODS with jump ropes! Now I have 2.

Tried to workout without and a very big difference with the correct shoes. Especially lifting.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Wonderful for yoga and balance, not for jumping because sensitive to contact with ground.
I love the shoe for my crossfit class. I have no more pains in my legs. I was disappointed that the pink ones I ordered are more of a hot pink rather than a dark pink, but I can live with it. The laces also had a large amount of what I am assuming is glue on them.. but again, I can deal. Overall the shoe is fantastic and I will stick with the brand for the rest of forever! Pros

Excellent for crossfit WODs. I would wear these to bed!!! They feel a little different after only wearing running shoes but are so comfortable I would wear them all the time. Their is little support especially around the ankles and the toe box is larger than normal so takes some adjustment.
Pros
Cons
Best Uses These shoes are true to size, and if I would have ordered a half size up, as indicated, the shoes would have been too big. I felt great throughout my workout, until nearing the end of the WOD when the muscles in my feet began to spasm. It was very painful and continues to happen every WOD since I have started wearing the shoes. These might not be the proper shoes if more support is needed.

I'm a gym rat. I have tried every type of gym shoe and once Reebok came out with the Nano I've been sold. These shoes can go from treadmill intervals to stabilizing me while I do squats. They are supportive enough for box jumps and don't let me down during boxing class. The quality and style are amazing! I have at least 15 pairs! They keep getting better with each new model. Love!!!

I've been going to Crossfit classes for four months, so decided it was time to invest in Crossfit-geared footwear. I wore the Reebok Nano 4.0's for the first time to yesterday's workout and really liked them. They're firm enough to give me stability for weightlifting, and comfortable enough to run in for short distances. I'm hoping they'll help me climb the rope next! And the aqua blue/yellow color combo looks great. Sizing: I wear an 8.5 running shoe; went with an 8 in these as I didn't want as much extra room in the toe.

You will notice the cushioning right away vs. the 3.0. I also bought a pair for the female coach at our box (who is my son's girlfriend). She's Rx+ all the way and loves them too. Def recommend if you need or want new shoes! The berry/orange looks better in person than on line
