Running shoes weren't cutting it for my boot camp classes, so I tried Reebok's Nano 3.0 (low version). These worked out so great for me that I started rotating 2 pairs. This new Mid version retains all the versatility of the Nano 3.0 Low, but also offers some ankle support. The ankle portion is made from a soft, cushy, and very comfortable material. While it gives some support, it's also very flexible and not restrictive at all. I plan to use these for boot camps and field/grass workouts. They're also cool-looking, so they'll be worn around town as well. GREAT SHOES!
