Comments about RumbleRoller Original Compact Injury Recovery: If you are thinking about getting a foam roller this is the one to get. I can see how you might think you want or need the hardest but this one is just right for when you are very sore from that extra hard leg day.

Be prepared for some pain if you're using it as a reactive device for tight muscles and or muscle spasms. It would be even better as a preventative option but either way it works like a charm. I wish I purchased the full sized model but space was the issue. Works great for those that truly believe in the saying "no pain, no gain"!!!
