      I have never used a roller before which makes this my first! I just got it pulled it and used it for 10 minutes and man, this thing is amazing. I dont know if i have a high pain tollerance or what, but i've been suffering from back pain for over 2 years and after 20 min i feel a difference. I can see how the stiffness could hurt in some places but working through it is worth it! This is a must have!

        WOW - I've been a big fan of The Stick for a long time, but tried this when I really needed to get into some deep nooks and crannies. IT WORKED!! While it takes some getting used to, especially on sore muscles, the relief I feel and the faster recovery time is amazing. Think "sports massage" - hurts so good, but feels amazing after. Try it, you'll like it!

        I have been using the triggerpoint starter rolling set for the last year or so, along with a standard foam roller. I roll out every day, sometimes twice a day. Mostly my calf and glute area.

        My gym bought one of these and I was excited to try it. I was not disappointed! It really digs in there and loosens up the muscles faster than any roller I have used. I tried it out for a few days straight and really got easier to use each time. I bought one right away.

        It make look intimidating because of the knobs, but if you know how to roll, you know you can lessen or intensify the weight you are putting on it if it gets too intense or not intense enough.

        It hurts so bad, it feels good.

        Also, it is very firm, and from what I have read it shouldn't break down and get soft like most foam rollers do.

        I HIGHLY recommend this roller!!!!!
