A physical therapist recommended the Rumble Roller. It is NOT like any of the other foam rollers out there. This will get much deeper into your muscles. The "blue" one is less firm than the "black" one.

    Really gets deep - much different than a foam roller in that you can manipulate it to hit "hot spots"/tight areas. Probably not for you if you haven't tried a foam roller yet - it's definitely a step or two more aggressive. Love it!
