I'm 5"6", 124 lbs, and the medium is a bit loose, but I like the way it fits, not skin tight. A small would be too tight in hip area for me. Like other reviewer said--you can wear year round. Plan to order some short sleeve ones.

I am 5'4", 130 lbs, a solid Medium, but I should have ordered this in a small - it is very loose and baggy and flops around annoyingly. The sleeves are a tad too long, which I dislike. It is quite thin also, I was cold when I wore it at 39 degrees. That being said, it is mostly comfortable and does what I wanted it to do - makes me more visible on dark runs (I bought in white)

Love these tees- they come in all sleeve lengths- sleeveless, short sleeve, and long sleeve! The long sleeve is great- perfect for all year long. Light enough for even the summer months!
