These are my favorite shorts!The material was a little thicker and they were cut larger over the winter - not sure if it was a supplier issue or what - but I'm glad they are back to what they were last summer. I'm 5'4", 110 lbs with a 29" waist and the x-small fits me perfectly.

My rating on these shorts may have been higher had I not been completely in love with the previous version. The most recent pair that I bought is sized differently and doesn't have my favorite feature in running shorts---a zippered back pocket--- like they used to! I was so disappointed!
The most recent pair is cut larger and the material is thicker than it used to be.

I do love the waistband on these (and the previous version) because it doesn't squeeze. They're very comfortable... I just wish those changes hadn't been made!

I love these shorts,they're comfie and easy to move in. The length is just right for me because I'm a little older and don't want anything to short. The fit is very flattering. I wish they came in other colors.

These shorts are a great addition to my workout gear! They are comfortable with a fuller leg, so for those days when you want a really comfortable, looser fitting running short. I'll definitely purchase another pair!

These shorts are great! They don't ride up when I run or work out at gym. I am 5'4" and not 120# ;-). They are very comfortable and flattering. I just ordered another pair in gray.

These are very comfortable shorts but as soon as you begin to run they ride right up your thighs. I found myself running and pulling these back down constantly.

These are HANDS DOWN the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned. I LOVE the flat waistband. Although I've only had them for a few weeks they feel sturdy like they'll last for a long time-so i've already ordered a couple more pair, and have also ordered the capri's in the same style. I wear them to my Bikram Yoga class, and they don't get soggy with sweat (a key characteristic for good shorts!). I wore them to the gym once and found that they do ride up a little - not enough to be a real pain but enough that I probably won't wear these shorts again - maybe the longer ones.

These ARE the shorts you're looking for! ;)

Great pair of shorts for running in the summer months or on the mill in the winter. Super comfortable, they don't ride up. A great pick for a good price.

I use to love these shorts before this newer cut came out. I had the older cut in a small and an x-small, but when I order the newer version in a small, it was actually cut smaller than my x-small. The leg area is really snug for people like me with bigger thighs.

These shorts are not at all what I expected. In the picture they appear to flare and be roomy. But, on they are like a slightly looser version of bicycle shorts. I am a more athletic/thicker build and am 5'10", so if you're particularly slender or petite they might fit you differently. But, if you have a averge to larger build, these are going to be a slim fit.

These shorts are a great length and offer a slight flare around the leg. Pure comfort for running. I am 5'5" and 128 pounds.

I was afraid I'd be tugging as well but as soon as I started working out, I didn't feel a thing. I think it's because they are close fitting. I got a LOT of compliments because they fit snug to the butt but not tight. I bought one pair to test, now going to buy more!!

I LOVE these shorts. They are snug across the butt with a little extra across the upper thigh so they don't ride up like every other pair of fitted shorts I have. They look great! I'm petite and the typical running shorts that gather at the waist and flair out a bit always look huge on me even if they are my size. These are the only cut I've ever truly loved!

These shorts are incredibly comfortable. Perfect for lounging around the house or going for a walk. I love the way they look - nice enough that you can wear them out without looking like you are in your workout gear.

I did wear them on a 5 mile run and they bunched a bit, so I don't think I'll wear them for longer distances. But they'll do fine for walking or running shorter distances.

I use these shorts for running and crossfit. I own several of these shorts in the previous style, and I take a size medium. I ordered these in medium, and they are way too big in the waist, especially when I am sweating in a workout. I ordered size small, and they are still too big. I just ordered an x-small - maybe these will work.

The mediums and the smalls are fine for everyday wear, though a little big in the waist. However, both the medium and small are too big in the waist for crossfit - I have to keep pulling the shorts up! I do not have this problem with the size medium in the previous style. Other than the sizing problem, these shorts are very cute and comfortable. The new material seems more durable than the older style, and the shorts are more solidly constructed - just seem to be sized incorrectly. I do not wear an XS/S in any of my other clothing. I am probably a true size 8.

These shorts are incredibly comfortable. I'm a new convert to the flat waistband - goodbye elastic and drawstring waistbands! These are great to pull on quick and lounge around in, also great for gym workouts and yoga. The fabric is a little on the heavy side, so if you sweat a lot expect them to get a little heavy, but they're loose-fitting enough that the damp isn't too annoying.

These shorts are perfectly comfortable, don't restrict in any way, but what I really love is how good they make you look! The flat waistband and front make all your tops lie perfectly also. I've now got seven pair of these.
