      Being an A-B cup, this bra will be good for everything - running, yoga, etc. I like that is has some padding to cover up the nursing nips (sorry, TMI), though the black is a little better than the white for that. I also like that it is a more flexible padding, so it does not feel too restrictive to wear for yoga.

          This bra is amazing! This is my first time buying a sports bra with adjustable straps and it's surprisingly comfortable. The straps do not dig and they stay perfectly in place. Just took this bra out for an 8 mile run and nothing bothered me about the bra. I also work out/cross train 4-5 times a week and I don't have to switch out to a different bra. The hint of padding is nice and the material wicks away sweat well. It's definitely priced well below competitor bras and I feel it's better than others. I just bought it in 2 more colors!

          As a huge fan of the Moving Comfort Alexis style, I thought this would be a great lower cost option. Most RRS label items I have gotten run on the bigger side, so I was surprised at how snug the band felt. If anything usually sports bras are too roomy on me. I may get another with the VIP discount as it is such a great deal on a quality sports bra; but will definitely orde a band size up
