These underwear are so great to work out in that I'm going to buy more and wear these all the time under looser clothing. I do not know what these are like under tight clothing. I purchased my first pair at the Road Runner store. I got a size medium because that's the size I wear in my other non-work out underwear. They look super small, but they stretch. I especially like these underwear because they are stylish and cute. You look like you are wearing cute shorts, not briefs. I'm pear shaped, 5'6" about 135lbs. I don't have a small bottom but these actually cover all of it. They do ride up a little in the front when I lift my leg or squat down, but don't let this stop you from buying these. The leg opening is not tight and if you're wearing roomy work out pants, you won't be able to see it. The leg opening does stay in place in back though. I've been searching a while for a boyshort that held me in without giving me a muffin top or showing lines on my thighs and these fit the bill. The back vertical seam in my roomier work out pants used to actually stick in between my cheeks but these boyshorts prevent that.

I have been wearing Under Armour boyshorts for running and training and decided to give these a shot. The RRS brand is far superior - totally comfortable and wicks sweat away. These are perfect and completely non-irritating. I could not be happier with them and purchased them in all colors.

I am training for a 40 mile walk and wanted something comfortable and moisture wicking that would not "ride-up" at any time. I love these, but did not take the warnings of other buyers when they shared that this product runs smaller than usual. I wear a size 6 and the small was too small. The mediums fit perfect.

I always wear boy shorts under my running tights, and I've tried many brands over the years. I wasn't sure how these were going to work, but they are truly amazing! The fit, fabric, and sizing are all perfect, and they are far more comfortable to run in than any other brand I've tried. I could not be happier with this purchase!

I use this for running and Krav Maga workouts. I like the material and the size, but it always curls up at my upper thigh...a little annoying, but okay. The item says tagless but Roadrunner actually does have a tag on it. I asked and the girl at the counter stated that was the first time anyone had ever mentioned it being tagless but not.

Everyone else seemed to really love these boyshorts, so I decided to give them a try, particularly because I wanted a pair of shorts that would fit under my yoga/hot yoga shorts that wouldn't show an underwear line, and I wasn't sure how I felt about "athletic" thongs. The first day that I tried these on, just to wear around town, they were not comfortable and seemed to chafe in ... uncomfortable areas :-/ I have to say that it was the first time something like that has happened to me.... After a few wearings it has gotten better though, to the point that it's now fine to wear.

My main gripe is that the fabric all around the leg holes roll up pretty badly, so although I don't have the typical panty line showing through, I get these weird bulges right below my behind where the fabric has rolled up. I'm not sure if that's just a thing with boyshorts in general. Maybe I just chose the wrong style to wear for yoga! For running I guess these pants would be just fine.

I am a runner and a rock climber, and occassionally hit the gym. I've been looking for undergarmets that are comfy and do what they are suppose to. So far I've only worn mine once while climbing. They were a little warm for climbing on a hot day, but they dried quickly and are super soft. To add to all that they stayed in place, which is saying something for climbing. Even after only one wear I am ready to buy more. Great find!

No reason to go with the big name! My husband has Road Runner brand base layer undies so I decided to give them a shot too. Great product!
