Finally I found a skirt that works for me. I wish they had more color choices; I would buy more. (Hint, hint RRS: Brown would be a great option).

So, why do I love this skirt?

First: It is just the right length. Most skirts are either too short or too long for me. The RRS "everyday" skirt has an inner short inseam of 4.5 inches and this one is 4! I have some that are as short as 3 inches.

Second: the zipper pocket is in the back. Love this instead of the front or side.

Third: The material is thin and breathable! I've already washed (air dry) my skirt twice and it still looks great.

Here's the catch: . I purchased the size medium and they are comfortably roomy. I am a size 4, 5'6", 135 lb.,. If you want a more form-fitting look and feel, I would consider sizing down. I might for my next one.

PS – it is comparable to the Nike version but much less expensive in price and not quality.

I bought this recently on the Daily Treat deal, and I'm glad I did because evidently it's a closeout! I love it, except that the zip pocket pooches out in the back. But it's not a big deal. The best part is it is the same length and fit as running shorts (i.e., not flared like a skirt), but with the added cuteness factor. I also love that the drawstring is on the outside. I have several pairs of RRS compression shorts in different lengths and I love them all, except that the drawstring isn't soft and tends to chafe right in the navel - Ouch. But not this skort! Very comfortable.

This skirt exceeded my expectations. It has three pockets-zipper in the back, one on the right side of the compression shorts, and a small key pocket on the inside (you can fit a larger phone in either of the first two pockets). I am 5'5" 130lbs and got the small, glad I did. I think it is a relax fit skirt so the small made the shorts part feel more snug which I like yet the skirt didn't look tight. I took it on a 12 mile run-no chafing!! Awesome skirt you won't regret.

I love this skirt. Fits like the Nike or Brooks skirts. It has a heavier material than the Nike skirt. I love it. The shorts are comfy, the skirt is cute, and it even has light reflecting dots. I love it.

These fit well & are comfortable - but the back zipper pocket does buckle making for a lumpy back - this is common with the zipper pocket in the back. I think it's worth it to have that functionality. Overall, a great value.

The fit is great. The features of reflection and pockets I love. Inner pocket on the shorts was a smart move. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the lenght. It looks longer on the model. I am more comfortable in a longer skort.

I can't say anything bad about this running skort. It's comfortable, it's flattering, it's functional... what more do you need? I wear a size 0-2 and the XS fits nicely, not too tight and the drape effect of the thinner fabric is perfect. If only it came in more colors...
