Great for long runs and is comfortable. Even with alot of persperation it has mositure wicking which makes tolerable to wear. Also great for layering.

I bought this shirt because, simple enough I didnt want to chafe. I live in Minnesota and wear a few layers when I run and this shirt is the best baselayer I've found. The snug fit keeps it from rubbing as my jacket moves around and the lack of seams truly helps prevent chafing. If you're between sizes, I would size up.
