It's a thicker warm fabric with lots of reflective and an LED light. How cool right?! I still wear my reflective belt but I feel a lot safer with the LED light since it catches the attention of drivers. I made sure to remove the battery pack when I washed it and it works just as good as when I brought it home from the store. Pros
