I always run in a thong as I don't have much of a butt and regular undies don't stay put. However, for distance running, I often have trouble with chafing due to seams, etc. I got a pair of these without reading reviews and happened to buy a size bigger than I normally wear because that was what was available (I got a M even though I normally wear S). It worked out well because the Medium seems to fit perfectly! I have done a couple of 12-15 mile runs in these and I like them so much I bought another pair. No chafing.

This is the most comfortable thong I've found for running! I am a long distance runner and rarely go for a long run without these. It really stays in place, too, without visible panty lines through my spandex.
I will definitely order more in the future.

I wear a M in all my running tights (UA, Reebok, Nike), and ordered a L in these, based on other comments. It fits, but is really snug and borders on cutting into my skin. An XL would probably fit perfectly, but RRS doesn't carry the XL. Plus, that is pretty messed up as far as sizing goes. I would absolutely recommend these for fabric and cut quality, but go up 2 sizes for the best fit.

I washed them & hung dry. However, they still shrunk. I'm less than thrilled with the product

I purchased these to wear under my tights when running in cold weather. They are so comfortable that I plan on buying more for everyday wear. I am size 12/14 (working on losing some of that weight!) and the large fit perfect.

Amazing pair of underwear! I wear these on days that I don't work out and love them just as much. Fits well without being too tight or getting bunched up.

Comfortbale for a thong. I bought this to wear with fitted spandex and while running with them is fine, I still feel like I am wearing a thong, but maybe there is no avoiding that!

I bought these for running/biking, and they are good at wicking. There is a little too much fabric in the back of the thong, and even though I am only a size 6-8 and ordered the large, the waist is still too small so it dents my (not quite flat) belly and side waist line. It would be so much better with a slightly bigger waistline and a thicker waistband. Please make an extra large (and egads, I can't believe I need an XL for my size).

I love these undies!! I've been looking for a good seamless running under garment that doesn't bunch up,cause rubbing or irritate me. This is it!! I also have the briefs as well. I run half and full marathons and I can put these on and never have to worry about adjusting myself. They also manage moisture well and run true to size I'm a ladies size 4 or 6 and a Juniors size 7,9 so I went with medium.

I love these. I wear them training, hiking, kayaking or whatever and they stay put, feel great and most times I even forget they are there because I'm not constantly having to adjust them as I have with others.

I am a heavier runner (wear between a 12-14) and this was very comfortable to run in. It didn't roll up or down or make me fidget and adjust myself while I ran. Highly recommended.

Needed underwear for hiking trip that is fast dry and comfortable and these are it!! They do seem to run slightly small, so a size up might be more comfortable. Washed them in the sink and hung to dry to see how they would do and they were dry in no time at all.

I bought two pair of these, and then bought two more. I love this underwear. It's comfortable, moves with you, and still manages to look pretty good! Fits fairly true to size, although in RRS bottoms I am an XS, I get a S in these. They fit great and feel even better.

I bought these to wear while running and they are great! They are so comfortable it almost feels like I have no underwear on at all. I just returned and bought 4 more pairs to wear while running or doing other exercises as well. These will be nice to wear for aerobics (hard to find a thong that fits well while moving around).

These are by far the most comfortable thong I have ever worn. You don't even know you have them on. Only complaint is the minimal color selection. I wear mine for everyday, not just running, and would love a couple neutral or white pairs.

I tested these out yesterday during a full marathon (I know, I broke the rules and wore something new the day of a race!) and I completely forgot I was wearing them until I changed clothes! They are super comfortable and stayed dry...and they truly feel seamless...no chafing or digging (unlike other seamless thongs which use the "bonded" seams...those can actually be sharp and chafe!!) Only recommendation would be to maybe order a size up from your regular size. I usually wear a small but in these that would have been much too snug. Medium was great. (These fit the same as the RR seamless full coverage underwear, in which I also take a medium.) Ordering more right now!!
