I love that you get the tightness of compression but also some additional coverage. I had to go up in size, so the hem of the compression wasn't too tight around my thighs, but they fit okay once I got the right size. They do ride up a bit while running, more so in the back, but for the most part stay put. I had anticipated the compression layer to be a bit longer but the length is still okay for me. Back pocket is great for a key and/or Gu!

When I don't need the extra stretch, I can cinch the waist and wear these on a run. I've been running and cycling with these and have had great results with both.

I get the compressive, tight to the body feeling, plus added coverage. The back zip pocket comes in handy for storing small stuff on my runs.
