Best Uses I ran in this jacket in 30+ degree weather and sweat was dripping out of the sleeves at the finish. If this is supposed to be a running jacket, I would advise not to run unless it is raining and very cold at which time it probably would be snowing. I had short sleeves shirt on underneath that has moisture wicking properties and it was totally wet with sweat. It's a nice jacket for walking in the rain but not running.
