Love the fabric. They kept me cool on my 18 mile run.I wanted to wear them for the marathon but the built in underwear slides over too much. I don't like pulling at them all the time. When I ordered my first pair the waist was plenty snug...however I just got another pair and the waist is looser on these. A WONDERFUL LIGHTWEIGHT running short. They do bunch a little, but still very comfortable. They are plenty roomy.

I like the fit of these shorts, but I agree that the waist is too tight. I know that I have a larger waist than most women (28" with my hips being 38"), but I think they could make the elastic a bit looser in the waist.
