Love these shorts. I have had a hard time finding shorts that are comfortable and generally good for everything from the gym to the basketball courts. These are really nice. If you're looking for a short with a liner, keep looking, these don't have one. I have a 32 inch waist and the medium fits perfectly without too much pressure, in fact, I rarely feel the need to use the draw string to tighten them. The pockets are nice without adding too much weight (generally not a fan of pockets). I even use these for various acrobatic classes and they hold up nicely. Overall, these are a great pair of shorts for an active person.

I use these for running daily. They are the perfect running short for me even in the hottest of climes. I love the pockets. They allow me to store a key, my iPod and identification without even noticing that they are there on a run. I'd buy these again and again.

These shorts look and feel great. The perfect length...a little above the knee. I bought these in two colors and use them for both indoor and outdoor sports. They feel a bit heavy but to me that means quality and it's no problem because they breathe well. The pockets add a nice touch too. For basketball, softball, football or just working out - these shorts get it done.

Great all around workout short. No lining which is hard to find, great length most gym shorts are way too long now. Relaxed fit which is great for lifting weights. Nice material unlike most running shorts.

Good utilitarian short. I wasn't expecting that they would have side pockets, but I don't have a strong opinion about them either way. Probably more suitable for casual running.

These are great all around shorts. They are fine for short (less than 5km) runs. But they are not inteneded for long runs. Great fit. I can have my nano and iphone in my pockets while running w/o the shorts starting to pull down.

Very light weight and comfortable. Waist fits a little too snug. No liner; if it had one they'd be just short of perfect

This is a good casual short for the gym or a walk but a bit heavy for a run of any distance.
