I'd prefer if more spandex type material, versus polyester, were used. Polyester is not a true compression material.

About every three months or so I strain it to the point where I can not continue to run. I have to rest it for about six weeks before I can run again. These shorts seem to provide enough support to protect the gracilis from over working. I have had no problem with that muscle since I began to wear thses shots at the beginning of the summer.

The pocket fits an iphone and stays tight with the shorts. It would have been awesome if the pocket was on the right side, rather than the left!

Comments about R-Gear Mens Road Runner Sports High-Speed Compression 11" Fitted Shorts: I'm 6'4 so I have a hard time finding shorts long enough for me. This compression short is perfect if you want more coverage or are tall like myself. I normally wear these alone but have worn them layered under pants or shorts in cooler weather. I own full length RRS tights which have lasted forever so I'm expecting the same from these. The storage pocket also comes in handy for a key, id or gel packet.
