    I wear this shirt both to lift in, and to run.
    Wicks sweat well, comfortable, feels good, and actually looks good enough to wear out on casual excursions.
    The fit is nice in that it has some room in the body but the arms are a little snug making it a flattering shirt.

      Got several of these in white to replace my ratty old cotton undershirts. I wear these just about everyday under my work shirts. They are soft, comfortable and the fabric has a cool feeling to it. They wick moisture and haven't turned all yellow like my cotton ones. The v neck is great because it can't be seen under my button down. It's semi-fitted so its perfect for layering. You could definitely wear these by themselves too.
