Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: Causes significant interference with the iPhone and watches BT stack on iOS 10.2 (not in the way you'd think). Other than that, it's a great coat. If you don't use an apple watch you're probably ok - hence the 4 stars.
Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: Kept the rain out all day today at the SF Women's March. Great product! Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: I would buy this jacket again and I would recommend it . This jacket provides a great outer layer. I layer appropriately for the temperature underneath and this jacket takes care of the rain and wind . I use this jacket primarily for bike riding and paddle tennis . It works well for both. One small concern for the paddle tennis is that the arms are a bit tight . Pros

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: Have worn this jacket once for a two hour run. Snowed two inches while I was running. It kept me from getting wet from the outside in but my long sleeved shirt was still quite wet from perspiration even though the temperature was about 25 F. Perhaps I should have worn a thinner shirt but I'm not sure it would have helped.

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: Was looking for a lightweight, breathable waterproof/resistant rain jacket, for exercise and morning runs when it's too wet to go without one. This one is a bit heavier and less breathable than I anticipated -- but it's triple layered (outer shell, water resistant coating, inner lining [mostly mesh] thoughout). Coating isn't Gore-tex (of course not at this price) -- water resistance it very good, breathability so-so. Nice features include four zipped pocket; removable hood (adjustable opening around face, but not adjustable for length). Some reflective elements but not exactly high-vis (blue/black version is on the dark side). Happy with my purchase (a steal at sale price!), but I'll probably use more as my casual rain jacket for light to medium rain conditions, probably not so much for severe weather or for strenous activities where's I'd prefer a lighter more breathable alternative

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: I love this coat for cold weather. It is warm and light. My only disappointment is I didn't buy more then one color. Prior to this coat I was wearing many layers ,now I apcan wear much less and not be bogged down and be warmer..

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: I experienced the same as Kyle. This jacket fits well, looks good, and kept the wind out but for most workouts was not breathable. By the end of the run I'm soaked with perspiration whether in rain or no rain. The ventilation vent at the back was not sufficient for me. I ended up upgrading to the R-Gear Best Defense GORE-TEX Jacket, Item #RRM1092.

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: I bought this jacket as I was going to be running in wet weather in the UK for quite some time. This fit the bill perfectly except for one thing...wet elblows. As mentioned by previous reviewers sweat accumulates in the sleaves. It presented an issue when I ran out with the wind and turned around to face very high and cold wind. The idea of drain holes is great and should be incorporated into version 2.

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: I just purchased this jacket this weekend to handle the cold in Chiberia, it worked! I wore the jacket this morning in 0 degree weather with a good base layer and I was very warm. It kept the wind out and the hood is a nice plus. Like one other reviewer commented I did find that sweat gathered in the elbows, it was not a big deal. I highly recommend for cold weather over a good base layer.

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: This jacket fits the slot between windbreaker and cold weather top. I wore it the next day in 38 degrees, rainy and windy, and was toasty warm and dry. This jacket does everything I had hoped it would do. The only downside was that I could not really figure out the hood storage on the outside. A diagram would have been helpful.

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: I used this replace a much older Road Runner rain jacket. I had run the pants to death previously, and was shopping for a new ensemble when I found this. It's a great replacement for my old gear. It's sized better, fits better, better materials, more comfortable overall. I tend to layer up on the colder days and it as well as the pants I bought with it are working out very well.

Comments about Mens R-Gear On Guard Rain Outerwear Jackets: This was a gift for my husband who is getting back into the workout scene and needs sturdy rain gear while working out in overcast and rainy Belgium. So far so good. He seems to like to warmth, wind/waterproof quality of the jacket and all its pockets! Great quality for a fair price!
