Cons Best Uses
These tights fit really well. They're snug, but not too snug. I really like that they're vented behind the knees so sweat doesn't get trapped. This helps a lot with wicking but doesn't let in the cold. I've worn the tights in 20 degree weather and they feel great. I wish RRS made compression long sleeve tops with this same fabric and technology.

Cons Best Uses These are my favorite running tights, period. Better than my Brooks, Under Armour, and Nike. I'm usually not a fan of R gear's stuff, but these fit well, have great compression, and have lasted through many uses over many months.

I have 3 pair of these tights, so obviously I like them. I have had them about 3 months. They are perfect for the short walk to the gym in the morning and an hourlong workout. I am 6' 2", 180# with a 34" waist and 34" inseam. I originally ordered the medium tall, but the length was actually too long. That rarely happens. So unless you like them bunched up at the ankles or pulled up like Steve Urkel around the waist I would recommend the regular medium. The colors are great, not shiny.
