Negatives: side pockets are stitched in a way that contents fall out when sitting. Also, rear pocket is just a little too narrow to accommodate a wallet. Overall, however, love these shorts.

The legs are tighter, the seat is tighter, the front pockets are small and the back pocket isn't wide enough to hold an average wallet if you need it. Not a good replacement for the old baggy short. I do like the new material, just not made as well.

I'm normally a 33-34 so the mediums should fit according to the sizing chart. They are too tight. I'm sending them back and probably won't chance the next size up as they will surely be too large or baggy.
