It's okay. For better and worse it feels like a t-shirt. It does not feel nearly as functional as a technical top. The sweat tends to pool and the shirt gets a little heavy just like a t-shirt. Fine for the gym but would recommend for running.

Very comfortable t-shirt. I haven't run in it because I prefer something more lightweight but its good for the gym.

I like this shirt because it looks like a regular t-shirt but has the functionality of a technical top with its moisture wicking. I can wear this to the gym and on weekends too.

I like this shirt for weight training. It looks great and feels great. It barely wicks, though, and it's a disaster to run in. Don't buy for running.

Great tee for working out. It looks like a cotton tee, but has wicking properties! It won't be as good as a 100% poly tee, but it still performs.
