Today was my very first attempt at cold weather running. Temp was 36 degrees with a 15 mph wind(I live in a very flat rural area so there is nothing to stop the wind). Just because I was a bit unsure of myself, I threw a light base layer under these and ran. Now, mind you, this is my first warm weather tights, so I have nothing to compare them to; however, I ran for 40 minutes and was perfectly comfortable and dry from the first step to the last. I think I could have even skipped the base layer.
The construction seems excellent, there are rubber grips at the ankle that keep the tights from creeping up my ankle, the fit feels like part of my skin, yet it doesnt crush or constrict in any way. Not to mention, the price is very fair compared to other brands I've looked at. I am thinking of grabbing another pair of these just in case these ones end up in the wash on a run day!
I will be testing these throughout the next few months to see exactly how much cold these tites can handle!

The weather finally got nasty enough to wear these. Fit the bill completely. It was 38 degress with blowing rain and it did not bother me at all. No chaffing problems with the calf zippers either. Quality product for the money. I'm ordering more!

These tights are comfortable, warm, well made, affordable and all around very good. I know that one of the reviews above noted the possibility of chafing in short socks, and through an entire winter of often running in short socks with these tights I never had a problem (it seems there may have been a design change, as my skin was protected by the zipper construction, and the zipper pull itself stayed in place)

Would buy again in a heartbeat. In fact, probably will buy again as soon as winter sets back in here in SE. Michigan.

Very good fit and excellent value for the price. I had wind only tights that I froze in below about 40 degrees. My area gets bone chilling damp and cold, tested these in those conditions (so far to 34 and with a stiff breeze and cold mist). They performed beyond my expectations.

This is the first tight I've owned. I was reluctant to buy one, but am very glad I did. I've run one race and one practice run when the temperature was in the low 40's. It accomplished what I had hoped.

I live near Chicago and am running outdoors. The tights are great at keeping me comfortable on days when it's prett cold. I Haney been very pleased with the Road Runner Branded gear and these tights have not been an exception. I have no negative comments.

Tights feel great, have worn them in 30-45 degree weather so far. Be careful if you wear very low socks, as the ankle zippers will chafe/rub blisters on the back of your ankles during longer runs. I went to a slightly higher sock, and that alleviated the problem.
