I really like these socks for colder weather long runs... 17, 19, & 21 mile runs these past few weeks in them (as Boston approaches :-)) with NO problems at all. I'd always used Wright Socks, but found my feet stay warmer, I get better support, and NO blisters with these RRS socks. I buy them small for a real snug fit... MD even though I wear a men's 9.5 shoe, and some of my shoes require a size up 10 with this sock, since I'm used to wearing the WS CoolMax or other thin socks.

This is a very soft and comfy sock, but it is WAY to big. I bought the smallest size and I still have tons of room, espcially in the toe area. They always bunch up as soon as I try to put my foot in a shoe.

A very good sock. I have been using these for a while. They provide a very snug fit and some cushioning. They do however seem to not have enough ventilation and were making my feet hot. I would still recommend these or the new pro performance socks that are orange and white for more ventilation.

i never thought i would spend time writing a review on socks but they are the best running socks i have ever worn and i have been running for over 10 years. They are thin but no blisters while allowing my foot to breath. One neg is they don't wear as well as i would like. Bought two packs already.

I have a variety of socks for running and have to say that I like these best. The material is not abrasive and my feet never feel sweaty. If they weren't made for a slightly wider foot than mine I would have to have given five stars in this review.

*Outstanding* socks. My sole gripe is that stitching on the side of the big toe consistently seems to form a very small "knot" in the material -- just enough to give the side of my big toe a blister on longer (double-digit) runs. Would be perfect otherwise.

These are REALLY terrific socks. The protection on the sensitive areas of the foot is perfect, but the lightness of the other parts of the sock make them light and cooling. As Renee noted, the sizes were initially a bit big, but after washing they became perfect.

I have to admit, never thought socks were that important . . . these socks changed my opinion. Excellent socks!! Great support and cushioning. I'm a changed runner!

They feel great and really perform well, but the sizes run larger than indicated. I'm a Women's size 8 and needed to exchange for a Small. In most brands I take a Medium.
