Very plush. They do tend to take up some room in your shoes though, so if your shoes are tight with the factory sock liner these will probably not fit. Otherwise, highly recommended.

If you get the right size these are absolutely excellent.
In my New Balance they were good. In my Ascis they were tremendous.

These insoles made my flat shoes feel like a pair of slippers. 13.2 miles, no problem at my half marathon two weekends ago in Carlsbad. Gave me the forefoot cushioning that my Kayanos didn't. Highly recommend.

Some of the best insoles I have ever owend. After my first pair, I purchased two more sets and put them in my old worn out shoes. It made them feel like new. I highly recomend.

I've had trouble with shin splints, even with great shoes and lots of stretching...since I've replaced my Brooks inserts with these I've had no issues!

These are great! I live in a city with mostly paved roads to run on and these insoles really add the extra cushioning I need. Great for neutral or high-arch runners who don't need the arch support, but really need the cushioning!

Given the junk Asics and others are putting in their shoes, you'll want to upgrade from OEM inserts. I have a year's worth of use out of these and love the feel. Not for eveyone, as you'll see in other reviews.

As a fitness runner that weighs well over 180 pounds, I feel that these are very good at helping add mileage to used shoes and assist in reducing the pounding of the pavement. I highly recommend them.
