The first insole to synergize shoe technology and foot movement. Deep biomechanic flx grooves create a more natural foot strike by putting your foot in contact with the shoe. 1.	Kevin rated this product 5 stars Sat, August 11,2007: I have had trouble with my knees and these inserts have made all the difference. I am back running again in comfort, without the extra weight of heavy inserts. Too bad, they are being discontinued (according to the "Fit Experts").
