I used the old vitamins before they me this new package, at first I was very skeptical and I actually went off it for a few months. Just this past week before my weeklong sports vacation I decided to finish taking whatever was left of it. I followed its instruction of taking two packets a day on hard training days and I was surprised with the result - the next day I was not as sore as I expected! Great product, the only complaint and this is why I gave nly 4 stars - it is so many pills to take at once!

My first review in sept.04 was before taking the vitamins and doing some research. This is a very good product. my only concern is for lutin and co-enzyme Q10 which were left out. You can always find a better product somewhere for more money, but for most athelets, this is an excellent vitamin. I take one packet with a little larger breakfast, no complaints.

This product is really a great product. I previously posted a comment about the product before even trying it. I found I was very wrong about the product. You do have to take seven pills @ once. But at far as the vitamins go. I fell great, since taking them I have more stamina and endurance I take them in combination the the edurox E
