I will help settle the controversy.
Hydration belts have a flop factor. However, flop can be mitigated by:
(1) wearing the belt low and tight. It's elastic and you will not suffocate.
(2) positioning the bottles for minimum flop. Try various positions to see what works best
(3) running ...

Found it better than the Fuel Belt. Some bouncing on the back left. The plastic olders keep the bottles from sliding out from the bottom like the Fuel Belt does with the 10oz bottles.

I loved the belt. It was very comfortable and easy to use! The bottles did not bounce at all. I had an easy time taking them out of the holster while running and it was equally as easy to put back in. The 4 10oz bottles were great for my long run. I could carry multiple liquids and stored my en...

I just started running and have been training for a marathon and used this for my long runs. I've had occasional problems with bouncing bottles, but it was due to how I've worn the belt lower around my hip. I wear it tight around my waist and have had no problems with bouncing or losing bottles. My ...

Maybe it depends on how you wear your belt but I had no problems with the bottles bouncing around at all. Did a 14-mile TRAIL run without it bouncing or having the bottles fall out. Very comfortable and supplied enough water for a 2 hour run with the bigger bottles and held my gel packs and keys. I ...

Mon, January 21,2008:
I found that the "speed 4" bottles got in the way of my arm swing (I wear it up high to keep it tight and bounce free), so I purchased the "speed 2" belt instead. But I need 4 bottles of fluids for long distance runs, so I have my husband meet me at the halfway point to refill the bell with two fre...

Used this at Disney's Goofy Challenge last weekend. Bottles fell out - didn't even bother to pick up last two. I liked the bottle size but it bounced around to much. I will try something else for the next race.

This thing is terrible! If are a serious runner, steer clear. I switched to the quickdraw hydration carrier (just a water bottle with a strap that goes around your hand). The water belts bounce around way too much. You may be able to get used to it, but it won't be worth the effort. I use the w...

Are you guys joking? Have you really run with this thing? it bounces all over the place! I laugh every time I see one bouncing around on someone. I'd be careful about who's posting reviews here.

Mon, August 27,2007:
This belt is superior to the Fuel belt. The bottle holsters on the fuel belt are smaller than the bottles and are made of elastic to hold them in place which means you have to use two hands to get the bottle back in its place. This belt's holsters are made of hard rubber that enables you to slip the ...

Great for long runs. It doesn't bounce. I can fit my id card and a key in the front pocket with a couple of gels in the back.

I just tried this out today on my long run and loved it! There was no bounce and the bottles were easy to remove and replace. I loved the extra compartments that fit my gel and iPod. A great product that I wish I had purchased years ago!

I like the 4-10 oz bottles, it allows me to run 20 miles without refilling. Much better than using a camelback or single bottle holder because the bottle don't bounce around at all.

bottles fall out and are tough to handle with smaller hands. Knock offs are never as good as the originals which is why you don't see people using this brand from Nathan. Clunky, oversized and bounces east, west, north and south.
