I have trained and ran for 3 marathons using this waer belt and I love it. I am able to fit 5 gus in the pocket and an ID, money nd key in the other. The key to preventing bounce is to wear it tight at the waist. It allowed me to run thrugh water stations and drink on the run. Definitely 5 stars
