I do agree you need it tight to avoid bouncing but I didn't have a problem with this. I think it works for some people instead of a smaller multiple bottle belt.

Awful belt! Paid alot and got nothing. It bounced the whole way. I tried pulling it tight like one of the reviews stated, but then was hard to breath with it so tied. never wear again

I have trained and ran for 3 marathons using this waer belt and I love it. I am able to fit 5 gus in the pocket and an ID, money nd key in the other. The key to preventing bounce is to wear it tight at the waist. It allowed me to run thrugh water stations and drink on the run. Definitely 5 stars.

For walking or light recovery runs this thing is acceptable, anything faster than that forget about it.22 oz in a single container is too heavy not to bounce. If you wanna run use the 4 bottle belts, much better at weight dispersion.

This is the best water belt I have every used. No bounce at all and the bottle nipple is very soft and easy to open and shut. The guy that said it bounced must have been doing something very wrong.

Good product. The lack of the 5th star is because the mesh pocket is only big enough for a single Gu packet...maybe two if I really squeeze it in there tight. Otherwise, I like it, particularly how it rides on your hip and the bottle is at an angle away from your body. Works great for me as I'm training for a half marathon!
