These are my favorite insoles but they lose a point for length. They have to be the shortest insoles available. I've gotten the largest size twice, and they seem to be closer to a size 8 shoe than a size 11. I actually cut the end off of the insoles that came with a pair of my shoes and have placed them in my shoes along with these so that my toes aren't hanging off the edge.

I've worn this orthotic for 2 years now. I run 3 - 4 times a week. For people with no arch or a low arch, I would recommend this insert. It provides just enought comfort and no pain to the arch when I run. If you run alot at least 3 or 4 miles at time, I highly recommend this product. I've tried lots of orthotics since I've been running, and this is the best one for its stability and comfort.
