Excellent. They are thick and plush...it will alter the fit of your shoes. I actually bought these to give arch supports and to make my USMC boots fit snugger to prevent any chafing which would cause blisters.

This are perfect for my type of foot. I had shin splints because even tough I have high arch, I'm mild overpronator. This insoles fixed my problem out. If you got high arch, and I mean high, try this; you won't be disappointed.
