I've always gotten a lot less wear out of my running shoes than I should because of my high arches. Even with shoes specifically designed for high arches, I find the insoles relatively flimsy. Now THIS is what I've been looking for all these years! It supercharges my favorite shoes and seriously extends the life. I'm marathon training now, been running on these insoles for a few weeks, and they have made all of the difference for my aching arches. Thanks!

These are the High Arch/Max cushioning insoles made by SofSole. I have high arches that cause my foot to cramp even when I bought shoes under the advisement of the RR sales people. Smartfeet insoles still did not provide enough arch support. These insoles are the best. They have great cushioning and real arch support. I have a pair for each pair of shoes (even my hiking boots).
