I bought these prior to the Nike Marathon...I had NO blisters or hotspots through the entire run. I have not had a problem with holes I wear size M and I am a size 9 shoe). I have worn these a hundred times and they still fit like they did the first week I got them...they aren't stretching out or shrinking. Love them more than the Nike, Asics's and Smartwool socks I have.

the socks are a very comfortable fit, even with my small size 5 feet. 2 of the 3 pairs of socks developed holes in the toes after the first wearing. a problem i've never had with other socks. the holes have remained small, but it is disappointing to have socks at this price wear a hole in them after the first run.
