Great Orthotic. Get this one only if you have a HIGH arch, otherwise it will probably be uncomfortable! I also have a pair of superfeet orange, which have a pressure point further back in the arch. These seem to have more overall arch support, and are very cushioned and comfortable. I am training for a marathon, and paired these with a pair of ND 1064's.

The product description clearly says high arches and they mean it. If you wear a motion controll shoe like me, the arches will probably seem too high. They are a good value if you have the right foot characteristics.

This is a very, very good insole. Yes, when you first begin waring it, you will notice/feel the arch support. But, it does not take long to get use to it. I have tried numerous insoles and this is on my short list of favorites along with Superfeet Orange.

Arch is just right for me, a great insole. Was skeptical at first having been happy with a previous model, but this one worked well for me on my longest asphalt run in recent times, over 3 hours. If arch felt a little wrong, then try the other shapes.

I like the heel cup and extra cushion on the ball of the foot, and mens sizing helps eliminate guessing on which one to get.

Arch is simply too high on this - go with another option. Nice cushioning though...

The arch took some getting accustomed to. Not quite as much cushion as Sof Sols but great anyway. Can't beat the price either.

I am prone to terrible shin splints so I used these with the original inserts and they provided just the right amount of cushion I needed. They also helped support my (high) arches while running (I didn't know that people with high arches should be buying neutral shoes until recently, and because I tend to twist my ankles on grass -- where I run to prevent shin splints -- I kept buying shoes for stability. The support these insoles provided allowed me to run with very little pain. I will continue to use them now that I am buying neutral shoes.

These insoles have made my introduction to road running part of the delight I have. Along with my Nimbus 12's these are part of a great combination for my feet.
The heel support is simply great and the padding and comfort are also well received as the miles go on.
A simple, practical, insole. Enough said.

One aspect that I don't particularly like is the pooling of moisture on the underside of them, but a good airing after a run puts this one to rest.

I run just under 20 miles per week and stay at the 180lb weight range. I have been actively running for over 12 years. RRS insoles are the best thing to hit the market. They break in fast and last until the shoes have worn out. If you have high arches please try them. Do not waste your time at high priced running shops that get their information from a magazine. RRS products save you money and give you amazing quality for the price.

I've tried other insoles and they were too soft or too hard. These give me cushioning, correction for my pronating and support!

Great replacement insert. I usually "ditch" the inserts that come with new shoes, so I am alwyas on the "hunt" for a better insert. This insert works well for everyday use and could also be used for combat boot inserts. Gotta take care of the feet!

If you have a high arch or suffering from arch injury this is a great insert to use.

I use this product in my running shoes and my everyday footwear. It has great cushioning; even for those rocky trails. Also great arch support for everyday wear and tear.

I have changed out every inner sole in all of my runners and work shoes aas these are the most comfortable inners I have worn, and I've tried a few. Non of the GEL inners and very few of the original shoe inners come close to the cumfort or arch support that these give. BEST EVER 10/10.

They prolonged the life of my shoe. I can't afford to buy the number of shoes necessary to train for a marathon or half. My shoes wear out incredibly fast so by purchasing this product I get more out of the shoes I own. This insert is comperable to my nimbus padding with the exception to the padding on the toe. This is my only con on this product. I would recommend this to any runner who doesn't want to pop for shoes every 3 months.
